No complaints. This hotel is on the lower end as far as quality but for what
I paid, I couldn't find better quality. If you are trying to save a $, this place is great.

Arrived early but no hassle on checking in, hotel room was nice, in fact, extremely nice for the price we paid. Clean and had new everything.

Downtown location easy walk to falls, dozens of good restaurants and attractions. No view but a clean, comfortable place. Very good value compared to others in area. Caters to large tour bus groups. Front lobby can be chaotic. Nice rooms and easy access. Free parking a nice bonus. ...read more

Very good location, near the restaurants and points of interest in the city, good parking facilities at no charge. Upon checking in, a couple in the hotel was making a complaint that their prescription medicine was stolen from their room by the custodial staff while they were out of their room. For a budget-minded traveler, this place was great. The staff was helpful, and the facilities were nice and clean. It didn't hurt that they upgrade my room because they had the room.

Hotel is clean, within walking distance to the falls and attractions. Friendly staff, the hotel has a nice pool and hot tub. Parking is included (you have to pay extra at other hotels).
